There is also the mobility ecosystem, our smartphone, you know, we have created with it next to the car, Turkey’s mobility ecosystem that we call the core, it was the implementation of the first stage of the mobility ecosystem. For example, there was a selection of start-ups that would be included here, which add value to us, add value to our country with us, and we are progressing step by step in them.

If we take a look at the start-ups we are looking for, especially in the framework of the mobility ecosystem, there are also those that work in health technology.   • When we look at 75 of our 100+ member providers, especially Turkey and TAYSAD, I say that with pride. Other than that, we consider that the remaining 25 percent have no parts or technology generated or economies of scale in one million units worldwide in Turkey on products that cannot be caught in Turkey. But we also have product localization efforts that we believe are of strategic importance to them.

  • There are some industries that have experienced this from the beginning. Like the change that happened to him. We also know them. For example, they have cell phones. With the development of technology, if it happens to cars and mobile phones, we see their future and this transformation has begun. When we look at it in that sense, the car is no longer a vehicle used to go from point A to point B. Every day it gets smarter, its skills and abilities are more and more and more. In that sense, you need to design the car differently while doing this setup from scratch. Again, in our statements, we say the following; “We are a technology company whose first product is a car, a smart device.” Because making cars is not enough in today’s global competition. Therefore, the smart vehicle that we have built must be covered with next-generation technologies, right from the start. You also need to understand you, us, the user. So he needs to be empathetic. You have to be smart to do this. When we look at it technologically, it should be connected, it should be ready for autonomous driving. Plus; electrification at the best level, such as the highest level of technology. It should also be open to sharing. Now when we combine the initials of the English words, we register it too, extracting the word ‘USE CASE’ (user-oriented, smart and empathetic, connected, autonomous, shared and electric). When we define ourselves globally, we call it a global mobility solution provider and we’ve registered it. Because this also gives a very clear description of what we do. We have it registered both in Turkey and abroad. As we describe this abroad, we can explain in a word what we do.
  • When we left, we were aware of it; To catch global competition, we must establish above-average performance, above-average experience, and above-average competition. To do this, we set out to find the best product development engineers, the best quality engineers, the best technical buyers, the best brand managers, the best in their business, we look for them with a magnifying glass and take them with a grain of salt. The whole truth is that I did not find in Turkey. Because Turkey is still not looking abroad for that kind of technology, they have gone to Turkey, worked in the company, gained experience and now we have found friends already working like 14 of us.   • Of course, the infrastructure of electric vehicle charging stations and infrastructure must be established in time. If we look at the right time for this, the infrastructure of those charging stations must have formed from the moment the vehicles start to hit the market. When you look at it, just as there is a consensus between our state and government departments on our project on this issue, there is also a consensus on the charging stations and everyone is working hard to get the charging station infrastructure ready for the purposes of 2022.

Now when we look at those equivalent vehicles, there are internal combustion SUVs in the C segment. When we enter the market, we will be faced with internal combustion SUVs in the C segment instead of electric vehicles. Therefore, we should be able to compete with them in terms of price. When calculating this, when doing this, we also consider the following when planning this. There is also a cost that we call the total cost of ownership. That is, when you buy an internal combustion vehicle, you will take it into service two or three times a year. Diesel and gasoline have costs. The situation is different in electric vehicles, electric vehicles will need service every 2 years or perhaps every 3 years. When it says more fuel, the cost of fuel is very different, there is a difference between the cost of electricity and the cost of the internal patched vehicle. Still, we are working on price positioning without prioritizing them.
  • First, we believe in the benefits of doing everything at the right time.
