Those who sell and trade agricultural land face prison sentences and administrative fines. Consequently, those who acquire agricultural land through private law legal entities, especially cooperatives, and use it for partners or partners through a de facto division, will be sentenced to 1 to 3 years in prison.

In case of violation of plans or projects in agricultural land, the government will make a determination ex officio, and those responsible will be fined 10 liras for each square meter of destroyed land, provided that it is not less than 1000 liras.

All unauthorized buildings will be demolished by municipalities or special provincial administrations within 1 month, provided their costs are covered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and the buildings will be suitable for agricultural production. In order for the land to be suitable for agricultural production, demolition and cleaning costs will be charged to those responsible by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in accordance with the general provisions.

Although the demolition decision has been made, buildings that have not been demolished by the municipality or special provincial administrations within 1 month may be demolished or demolished by the ministry, and the demolition costs will be borne by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

The demolition costs will be collected from the corresponding municipality or from the special provincial administration with a 100 percent surplus. In the event that it cannot be collected in this way, it will be deducted from the shares of the municipality or special provincial administrations transferred in accordance with the ‘Law of Payment of Shares of Tax Revenues from the General Budget to Provincial Administrations and Special Municipalities’ and it will be transferred to the account of the central accounting unit of the Ministry of Finance and Finance until the end of the following month to be recorded as income in the general budget. .
