City entry and exit restrictions will continue until midnight on Tuesday, May 19 in 15 provinces, including Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Manisa, Sakarya, Samsun, Van and Zonguldak. .
In this context, governors will urgently take the necessary decisions in the provinces of Adana, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Kahramanmaraş, Mardin, Ordu, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ and Trabzon, in accordance with the relevant legislation on the abolition of entry restriction measures and departure from the city.
In the 15 provinces where the limitation of entry and exit from the city continues, there will be no problems in practice within the framework of the procedures and principles determined in the circular of April 3, 2020 and under number 6235.
According to the related articles of the Law, the administrative sanction will be applied in accordance with article 282 of the General Health Law to citizens who do not comply with the decisions made. The necessary legal proceedings will be initiated within the scope of article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code in matters of criminal behavior.
