Burhan Daltalı (48), known as ‘Cinci Hoca’ in Istanbul, who had a criminal record of sexual harassment and whose photographs were revealed at the meeting of the terrorist organization PKK, was captured in Esenler.

ALLEGED ABUSE
Burhan Daltalı renewed the wedding and left the house. After some time, Ebubekir B. learned of allegations that Daltalı had harassed a woman while he was meeting a friend in the neighborhood.
By saying that he had paid redemption money to Cinci Hoca, Ebubekir B. realized that he was defrauded when he found out there was no such money for the wedding.
When the police teams transmitted the information obtained to the prosecution, an arrest warrant was issued. Burhan Daltalı was arrested with the operation.
IMAGES ARE OUT
As police teams investigated the suspects, images of harassment of the so-called teacher appeared. In the images it was seen that the supposed ‘teacher’ had taken off a woman’s clothes and had written Arabic writings on his body. However, it emerged that there were no complaints about those images.

When the police teams transmitted the information obtained to the prosecution, an arrest warrant was issued. Burhan Daltalı was arrested with the operation.
