The suspect, whose period of detention was extended by the investigating prosecution office, was taken to the Kuştepe Police Station. The suspect, who spent the night at the police station, was transferred back to court in the morning. After the trial in court, the suspect was released again under the condition of judicial control.

Ceylan A., a friend of Tuğba Erçakar, explained what they experienced on the day of the incident. Ceylan A. “He went to my house by force. I did not understand what was happening.
