The passenger bus under the administration of Hacı Mehmet Uyuşmaz from Şanlıurfa to Istanbul collided with the truck driven by İbrahim Çetinkaya (43) at the organized industrial crossing of the Adana-Aksaray highway this morning. After the accident, many firefighters, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
INJURED PERSONS REMOVED TO THE HOSPITAL
According to the news in AA, the driver Çetinkaya and Ömer Çetinkaya (18) in the truck, Alirıza Kurnaz (18) and Ahmet Ayıkgöz (64) were injured in the accident. The injured were taken to Aksaray Training and Research Hospital by medical teams.
“I FIND HIM IN THE CORRIDOR”
Passenger bus attendant Adil Ceylan told reporters that he was sleeping on the seat next to the driver and heard a loud noise.
Ceylan explained that he woke up with a thud and said: “Suddenly I found myself in the corridor. I hit my knee. The police and medical teams arrived immediately. We were carrying 29 passengers. We were going from Şanlıurfa to Istanbul,” he said.
