The accident occurred around 7:00 pm outside the village of Kargın. The car with registration 68 ABU 754, driven by Turan Demirtaş, allegedly crashed into the flock of sheep that suddenly hit the road. Demirtaş and Ramazan Uguz along with the driver were injured in the accident. The medical and police teams were sent to the scene due to the damage suffered by those around them. The driver was run over by Demirtaş’s car, 21 sheep from the herd were killed and 10 injured. Şerife Keser and his wife Nariye Keser were shocked when they saw that their sheep had died.
Şerife Keser recalled that his shepherds led the sheep to graze and were touched by the dead sheep, saying: “Our 10 animals are injured. Most of our sheep died. The lambs of our animals have left.
