The incident occurred on the night of September 24 at a cafe in Ordu Caddesi. Apparently, after the disagreement between the two partners sitting in the cafe, one of the partners threw around 10 thousand TL out of the cafe window.
The citizens who saw that the 50 TL bills were falling from the sky, collected the 50 bills in about 30 seconds and left. The person who was throwing the money and her partner then left the cafe as if nothing had happened.
While those moments were recorded second by second by the cafe’s security camera, the cafe employees said they did not know what to do with the surprise of what happened.
Burak Sarıtaş, who worked as a waiter at the cafe, said that while he was serving customers on the second floor of the cafe, one of the two people sitting at the table suddenly stood up and began to shout: “He started pulling the money in your hand for the second floor.

Turgay Duyan, the other employee at the cafe, said that he brought the order to the table and said: “I saw that the money was thrown away as soon as I turned my back. When I went downstairs I saw that there was none of the money left.”
