The incident took place at 9:00 p.m. in the Ismetpaşa district, 32 streets and 13 streets. Alper Gül met his ex-wife Çilem Kılıç on the street, allegedly. The attacker also opened fire on Özduran and Sibel Yarcı, who was at home as a guest. While his neighbors reported the shooting to the police, Gul soon committed suicide by shooting himself with a pistol.
Following the warning, the police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Although it was determined that Gül died in the control carried out by the health officials, Özduran and Yarcı, who were injured, were taken by ambulances to the Bergama State Hospital.
The police, who launched an investigation into the incident, determined that Alper Gül, apparently committed suicide, was the person who recently killed his ex-wife on the street. The investigation of the incident continues.
