The suspects released LG after exiting the bathhouse.
They were trapped
LG went to the police station and shared his experiences. Teams from the Extortion Office of the Public Security Branch began an operation to catch the suspects after LG’s complaint. In line with the LG statement, the police, who examined the images from the security cameras of the places they went, identified 4 people. Upon determining that the suspects were sitting in the Hürriyet district, the teams captured SK, AS, CY and AA in an operation they organized and detained them.
5 SUSPECTORS ARRESTED
The suspects, who were arrested, admitted that the incident was transgender VD’s plan and that all they did was prevent LG from understanding the connection to VD. The police then also arrested VD. The suspects, whose formalities with the police were completed, were referred to court yesterday. 5 suspects were arrested and sent to prison by the court where they were charged with “qualified looting”.
