FETO operations in 47 provinces! 148 arrest warrants

In the simultaneous FETÖ operation carried out in 47 Izmir-based provinces, a total of 148 people were detained, including 103 active duty soldiers 134 and 14 students from military schools. It was reported that among the suspects, for whom the Prosecutor’s Office issued a custody order, there were 1 colonel, 3 majors, 8 captains, 31 lieutenants, 66 non-commissioned officers and 25 sergeants. It was also known that 18 of the suspects were members of the Naval Forces Command, 12 from the Land Forces Command, 47 from the Air Force Command, 38 from the Gendarmerie General Command, 19 from the Coast Guard Command. On the other hand, it was known that of 148 suspects, 103 of whom were arrested, there were 134 soldiers on active duty and 14 students from military schools who were fired after the attempted coup.
