Ender Özgen, diving off the coast of the Enez district, captured the beauties in deep blue with an underwater camera.
Özgen also recorded the “Spanish Dancer” fish at a depth of 10 meters. The fish that swam alongside the diver for a while later disappeared.
“Usually seen in warm waters like the Red Sea”
Özgen, the dive center owner and dive instructor, told Anadolu Agency (AA) that he has been diving in the bay for 20 years and has only encountered this fish twice.
Explaining that the fish offers a great image as if dancing while swimming, Özgen said:
These fish, also known as the Spanish Dancer, one of the great marine mollusks, are known for their graceful swimming. It is worth observing this creature, which seems to really dance. Usually seen in warm waters like the Red Sea, we finally photographed the fish in the Gulf of Saros. We estimate that the fish have expanded their habitat. “
