The most important speech of the demonstrations held for the resignation of Netanyahu for not being able to handle the corruption case and the Kovid-19 process was the residence of the Prime Minister in West Jerusalem.
While some of the protesters wore T-shirts that read “Prime Minister of Crime”, some carried banners that read “We will fight corruption”, “Now we go.”
More than 20 thousand people attended the show and chanted slogans “Go to your Bibi (Netanyahu) house.”
The police blocked the roads leading to the square where the demonstrations took place.
For more than 4 months in Israel, there have been demonstrations for Netanyahu’s resignation due to his mismanagement of the Kovid-19 epidemic and the corruption case against him.
For reasons of quarantine, which began on September 18, people were prohibited from participating in the demonstrations within 1 kilometer of their homes.
While the Netanyahu government argued that the ban was imposed to control the Kovid-19 outbreak, the opposition claimed that it was aimed at preventing demonstrations.
The Israeli administration lifted restrictions on demonstrations this week.
