In addition, it was stressed that the defendant committed the crime of “fraud for the abuse of religious beliefs and feelings” by obtaining expiation money from the complainants under the name of renewing the marriage.

In the indictment, the detained defendant was asked to be sentenced to between 2 and 7 years in prison for “fraud for abuse of religious beliefs and sentiments” and a judicial fine of up to 5,000 days.
Furthermore, the suspect was asked to be sentenced to a prison term of at least three months for the crime of “violating the law of prohibition and abolition of some titles and dervish lodges, lodges and mausoleums numbered 677”.
