President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the “Gayrettepe-Kağıthane-İstanbul Airport Metro Project Tunnel First Light Ceremony” with a video conference and made a speech.

On the occasion of the ceremony of seeing the light in the construction of the tunnel, I wish you the metro with which we are to our country. With the introduction of this metro line, the transportation problem of Istanbul airport will be completely solved. With this metro line connecting Istanbul Airport to the city center, we are further strengthening the characteristic of the world city of Istanbul.
