HOW TO GET THE CODE?
The HEPP code can be obtained by going to the section “Transactions with HEPP code” in the mobile application “Hayat Eve Sığar”. Then the “Generate HES Code” button will be clicked and the period of code usage will be selected and the code will be created.
In the application, all administration, such as code generation, restriction of code generated over time, sharing, erasing, will be under the control of citizens. Citizens will be able to generate as many codes as they want through the Hayat Eve Sığar app. You will be able to see the list of what code you have shared with which institution, cancel it or revoke your authorization if you wish.
The HES code can also be obtained through the SMS method. To receive the HES code by text message, you must type HES and leave a space between them, respectively, the last 4 digits of the serial number of the Turkish identity and the time to share (in number of days). If the exchange period is not specified, the duration of the code will be limited to 1 year. (Example of short message: HES 1234567890 1234 15. When a message is sent in this way, the code will be valid for 15 days).
The travel agency will question the health status of the person with the HES code, and the trip will not be approved in case of risk. If there are people who are not at risk during the trip but who subsequently develop a risk situation, health and orientation services will be provided by contacting accepted people at a distance of contact.
The application “Hayat Eve Sığar” is downloaded for free on mobile phones through the Play Store and App Store.
