The incident took place in the central district of Osmangazi on August 18. An unidentified person asked LK, who entered the site where his house is located, for help in opening the garden entrance to the site. The person who entered the same apartment with LK who opened the door, got into the elevator together. When LK was bothered by the person who wanted to talk to him, he wanted to get off the elevator. This person touched LK’s face while exiting the elevator. LK pushed the hand of the person who abused him. This time, the suspect touched LK’s hip. LK got off the elevator and reacted to the suspect. The suspect made a ‘come’ hand sign for LK to return to the elevator. As LK was walking away, when the suspect noticed a camera in the elevator, he went downstairs and left the apartment. The moment of the incident was reflected in the security camera.

The site manager noticed that his neighbor LK was being harassed while examining the security camera footage 2 days after the incident. The site administrator reported the situation to the police. Police teams arrived at the apartment and arrived at LK. LK asked the police to tell him the time of the incident, saying ‘I don’t want to negotiate’ and said he did not complain about the suspect.

He changed his mind and became a whistleblower.

After the incident was reported in the press yesterday, LK, who called the police, changed his decision and said he complained. Police teams, who started working on this, determined that the suspect was Ferhat A. (36) from the security camera footage. Ferhat A. was arrested in a raid on his home.

Ferhat A., who admitted his guilt in his statement at the police station, was sent to court after his actions.
