Although imported products directly affect the cost of construction and housing prices, there are sometimes problems in accessing these products. Seeing these problems, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization pressed the button for a solution. All products of the construction sector studies were started to ensure production in Turkey. NATIONAL PRODUCTION MOVEMENT

Minister Kurum stated that Emlak Participation is working on new models for everyone to become a home owner. When specifying that one of these activities is the Construction Savings Fund, the Institution Minister said that with the savings fund, citizens can make their savings as in the Private Pension System (IPS) and that the related studies continue. Stating that TOKI will continue the sale process so that citizens can have affordable homes, the Institution said: “We make sure that our 5 million citizens live in safe and healthy houses.
