On the way to Iran, Zindasti’s men reached Van by alternative routes and brought Chaab to Iran. MIT, which deepened the investigation, destroyed the cell linked to Iranian intelligence. 11 people who worked for Zindaşti and were involved in the incident were identified and captured.
Disappeared in 2018
Zindaşti was used as an anonymous witness by FETO prosecutor Zekeriya Öz in 2007.
In the following years, Zindaşti, who was sentenced to 4 times aggravated life imprisonment and 24 years in prison for drug trafficking, establishing an armed criminal organization, kidnapping and murder, disappeared in 2018.
