Justice Minister Abdul Hamid Gul, today his application at the opening ceremony of the Academy of the Turkish Court of Justice in Çankaya gave a tough message in favor of the independence of judicial speech.

But manifested in independent courts of law in Turkey’s Gul stated that, “No one has the right and authority to influence and influence the courts” saying, said:

FRIEND TRIBUNE: No one should be willing to be a public judge. No one should become a public judge. No one has the right and authority to influence and influence the courts, this is a crime in our laws. In such a policy of insult and destruction, no one should have the courage to attack members of the judiciary in the face of decisions they do not like, like an entertainer on the rostrum.

IT’S NOT FAİLE, FİLE BAKAR: In our nation, there is no value that can replace a fair decision in court. In the judicial process, the judge and the prosecutor look at the act, not the perpetrator. Look at the evidence, not what is said. If there is no evidence on file, they should be evaluated as much as they want.

OUR ONLY JUSTICE OF IDEOLOGY: The main thing is that the prosecutor must pass this evidence to the judge’s file and decide accordingly. The judiciary has no ideology. The judiciary has only one ideology and that is justice, the manifestation of justice. Judges and prosecutors are subject to the constitution and laws.

THE MINISTER HAS NO DWARF: The judges and prosecutors, the courts are independent and impartial. No court is a provincial organization of the Ministry of Justice. No court is the provincial direction of the Ministry of Justice. The Minister of Justice does not have a robe, it will never happen, nor should it be.

Custody CALLS: There is no equivalent in the law for those who propose that the Minister of Justice arrest him and release him by breaking his feet. They are almost called to guardianship. These have been seen a lot in the past. But there is a legal system in place in Turkey.
