The Chairman of the Party of the Future, Ahmet Davutoğlu, made an appointment of the Chairman of the MHP, Devlet Bahçeli, through the Special Secretary within the scope of his meetings with the leaders of the political parties.
In the letter sent to the MHP headquarters with the signature of Ahmet Davutoğlu, it was noted that the appointment was requested to share the proposals on the “Strengthened Parliamentary System for Full Democracy”, which is also shared with the public.
Conditional response to the appointment request
The MHP responded “conditionally yes” to the appointment request. In the response sent to the Party of the Future through Devlet Bahçeli’s Private Secretary, it was noted that an appointment could be made in the “Presidential Government System” and that the demand on the strengthening of the parliamentary system could not be met.
