The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) reported that Major Halil İbrahim Kaya, who worked at the 12th Air Base Command in Kayseri, died in the hospital where he was treated by Kovid-19.
The RSD’s written statement recorded:
“Our colleague, Major Halil İbrahim Kaya, who was in charge of the 12th Air Base Command in Kayseri, passed away in the hospital where he was treated by Kovid-19. We wish our co-worker mercy from Allah and condolences to his bereaved family and relatives. Thank you. “
