The funeral of Kübra Boyraz, mother of a child, was buried yesterday in her hometown, Malatya, following her procedures at the Institute of Forensic Medicine.

The 5 people who were arrested after the incident were released under the condition of judicial control by the court to which they were transferred. While the investigation continued, a new arrest warrant was issued for the suspects at the prosecutor’s objection. In the operation organized by the police, the suspects were not found at their homes. With the work done by the teams, 2 of the suspects were captured and detained in the Menemen district of Izmir. Studies are reported to continue to capture 3 suspects, including Kübra Boyraz’s doctor.

Kübra Boyraz’s father, Ekrem Solmazgül (66), spoke about the death of his daughter. Solmazgül, who accepted the condolences in Malatya and spoke to journalists by phone, said:
“Those places should be closed. The state should take care of them. My child or someone else’s child shouldn’t be burned. My lungs are scarred, they shouldn’t be. I was talking when my daughter was handed over to me, I was just saying ‘father-mother save me.’ “He was in great pain.
