This year, we honored 18 scientists at the TÜBİTAK Awards and 43 scientists at the TÜBA Science Awards. We are trying to do our part by being with each scientist who continues to explore. We remove all barriers from the educational system. We have increased compulsory education from 8 to 12 years, bringing the enrollment rate at the secondary level closer to 100 percent. We increased the number of our colleges from 76 to 207. When we arrived, we increased the preschool education rate from about 10 percent to 75 percent in the 5-year-old age group. Our goal is to reach 100 percent. We believe that as the investments we make in the field of education pay off, we will see greater returns in the years to come. We are preparing our children for the future by becoming scientists. Rewarding talented young scientists will open the door to future innovative work.
It is not enough for a science to become action. What is needed is that it becomes useful. We seek refuge in Allah from useless knowledge. If the work you produce does not benefit humanity, then you must sit back and think. There are countries that see science and technology as destructive forces and use them as a tool of exploitation. Our civilization is divided on this point. Improve technology for the benefit of humanity. When we develop new technology, we use it to prevent misery in those geographies. This is the main reason found in Turkey as manufacturers do not market critical technology.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSEHOLD VACCINE
We closely follow the work of our scientists in the health field. We started with the mobilization of science Kovid TUBITAK-19 Platform Turkey. Our 436 researchers carry out 17 projects focused on the development of vaccines and drugs. Currently, our three innovative candidate vaccines are about to begin phase studies. Studies of a vaccine that has the potential to be more active than current inactivated vaccines continue rapidly. Work on a second-generation vaccine continues rapidly. Our companies, which have received production approval, will be included in the production processes of our innovative local cheeses. According to data from the World Health Organization, we are the third country that carries out the most vaccine projects on Kovid-19, after America and China. Hopefully, as a country that designs its own vaccine, we will become a leading player in the international arena.
Turkey in addition to our own citizens in the world for all scientists are planning to make it a center of attraction. We will open another call this year and we will bring at least 100 best researchers to our country.
