It was indicated that when traveling with any type of public transport vehicle for interurban passenger transport (plane, train, bus, etc.), the HES code is consulted both during the issuance of the ticket and when entering the vehicle , being able to travel those who do not have any risk (diagnosed or not in contact). In all accommodation facilities (hotels, motels, hostels, guest houses, camps, etc.), regardless of any separate (public-private, tourist operation certificate / unlicensed administration), clients will be asked for the code of Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) application and the then the client will be accepted into the accommodation.
The HES code will be consulted during the acceptance of the clients to the accommodation facility, and the admission procedures will be carried out for people who do not have any risk (diagnosed or not contacted).
In accordance with the provisions of the second and the first additional article of the Identity Notification Law No. 1774, the client’s information communicated to the general agents of the law by the accommodation facilities will also be questioned according to the Covid diagnosis -19 or the contact status within the framework of data integration provided by the relevant general law enforcement unit with the Ministry of Health. .
Admission to the destination accommodation facility, with the circulars previously sent by the Ministry of the Interior on the interrogation carried out by the general law enforcement officers and the people who were diagnosed with Covid-19 or were in contact during the accommodation period, and the Work and Outbreak Management Guide of the Ministry of Health entitled “Measures to be taken in the accommodation facilities” The necessary work and transactions will be carried out in accordance with the pertinent provisions of the article.

In this context, with respect to people diagnosed with Covid-19 or who are in contact;
Clients diagnosed with Covid-19 or who are understood to be in contact will be placed in “isolation rooms for guests” created in accordance with the “Certificate of Safe Tourism” according to the circulars of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of the Interior .
In cases where the number of isolation rooms for guests is insufficient, the district governor or governors will take the necessary measures, taking into account the provisions of the relevant ministerial circulars and the Outbreak Management and Work Guide.
As a result of the inspections carried out by the provisions of this Circular, accommodation facilities that allow clients who should not be accepted according to the HES code query or the result of the query will be excluded from the activity for 10 days by the Government according to the decision of the Provincial / District General Hygiene Board.
The district governor / governors will make the necessary decisions urgently and there will be no problems in practice.
