A new circular was sent to the governorates after the malicious use of the scope of the curfew exception. Consequently, the scope of the exception will be limited only because of the exemption during the restriction, there will be no general exemption.
According to the information received by the AA correspondent, the Ministry of the Interior sent a circular on “Prevention of the Abuse of Exemptions” to 81 provincial governorates.
In the circular previously sent to the provinces, the practice regarding places and people to be exempted from the restriction in order to ensure the continuity of sanitary, agricultural and forestry activities and to ensure that the production, manufacturing, supply and logistics are not interrupted during curfew.
Faced with the information that the curfew exemption is being abused by some malicious people (go to other places instead of the hospital making a health appointment and showing the appointment document, presenting that you are working without a shift, shift or guard and leaving for another purpose), the Ministry has taken action. The circular, which was declared approved, included the following decisions:
“In this context, the scope of the exemption regarding the places and people that will be exempted from the curfew will be limited only by the exemption. Other than this, there will be absolutely no situation in the form of a blanket exemption.

Individuals may leave their residences within the scope of the situation causing the exemption and will be limited in time and route for the reason for the exemption. In terms of time, attention will be paid to the compatibility of the condition of the person who is included in the scope of the exception and the period of time that is outside. “
ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS WILL BE APPLIED
According to the circular, the person who is within the scope of the exemption in the curfew will not be able to leave his usual route when he leaves his residence due to his exemption.
In this sense, attention will be paid to whether the people who are outside during the period and days in which the teams apply the restriction are within the scope of the exemption during their controls, if the reason for being on the street due to the exemption it is compatible in terms of time and / or travel.
Administrative sanctions will be applied in cases where there is no compatibility in terms of time and / or route due to exemption.

Within the framework of these principles, the necessary control activities will be carried out regarding those who abuse / may abuse the exemptions in force for the period and days in which the curfew is applied.
