The verdict is announced by the 4th Superior Criminal Court of Ankara at the hearing held in the Sincan Penal and Execution Institutions campus hall.

The 4th Main Command of the Akıncı Reactor Base, whose name was changed to “Apostates” after the coup attempt, was used as the main headquarters where FETÖ’s attempted treason was directed.
In the first hours of the treason attempt, planes loaded with ammunition the day before under the pretext of fighting terrorism began to run one after another.
That night, 25 pilots used the F-16 plane. 11 of them participated in the bombing of various places in Ankara.
As a result of these aircraft attacks, 68 people were martyred and 222 people were injured. In addition, millions of lire were damaged.
At the same time, the coup plotters, who also targeted citizens who gathered in the order of the base to react to the attempted coup, killed 9 more civilians.
Many people, including Fahri Kasırga, the Secretary General of the Presidency of the time, the General Staff Hulusi Akar, the Commander of the Air Force, General Abidin Ünal, the Commander of the Land Forces, General Salih Zeki Çolak, and the Commander Gendarmerie General, Gen. held hostage.
At the end of the trial, which lasted about three years, the court board announced its verdict on the suspect, of which 365 were arrested, 104 were not arrested and 6 had to be arrested.
