Formula 1 Cup specially prepared for Istanbul awaits its owner
A special trophy was prepared for the fourteenth race of the season at the DHL Turkey Formula 1 Grand Prix. The championship cup specially designed by Intercity Istanbul Park bears traces of Turkish culture. The cup, which is metallic gray and bronze in color, weighs 5 kilograms and stands 50 centimeters tall, features symbolic structures of Istanbul such as the Galata Tower, the July 15 Bridge of the Martyrs, as well as figures of tulips. At the top of the cup, where the Istanbul inscription is specially embroidered, is the crescent star.
