Hayrettin G. (27) and his nephew Serkan U. (23) were arrested as suspects in the murder of Makbule Sarı (74), whose lifeless body was wrapped in a sheet in the house where he lived alone in the Korgan district of Ordu. The uncle-nephew, who confessed to the murder, was sent to court.
The incident occurred on the night of November 14 in the Saraaliç district of the district. His daughter, who could not listen to Makbule Sarı, who lives alone, for a long time, asked the neighborhood chief for help. The chief also informed the police.
Police teams who came to the address found the lifeless body of Makbule Sari, whose hands and feet were tied with the pig tie method, wrapped in a sheet. On examination, it was determined that the home’s money and valuables were stolen.

The suspects confessed to the murder during their first questioning by the police.
The uncle-nephew declared that they committed the murder due to financial difficulties, and that they sold 1 kilogram of hazelnuts bought at home and threw the television in the trash.
The gloves the two wore in the incident were also found by police. The suspects were transferred to Fatsa Courthouse after their police station procedures.
