The body of contract soldier Volkan Soy, who was martyred as a result of a heart attack in Iskenderun, where he worked, was taken to Kars, his father’s home.
Here a ceremony was held for the Martyr Contract Private, Volkan Soy, which was flown to Kars by military plane. Relatives of the martyr who attended the ceremony burst into tears.
After the prayer read by Provincial Mufti Yusuf Eliş, the body of the martyr was placed in the funeral vehicle and sent to Akyaka. The martyr Volkan Soy will be buried tomorrow in the village of Büyük Durduran. İHA
