An advertisement about the dark side of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) and its head Fetullah Gülen ran in Times Square, one of the most famous boroughs of New York City.
On the giant digital screen in Times Square, the busiest place in the city, statements such as “He lives in Pennsylvania. He killed 251 innocent people. Stop Gülen.”
The dark side of FETÖ was shown to the Americans with the announcement published at 5.30-18.00 local time (01.30-02.00 local time).
Feton in early March by a group of 42 members of the digital screen near Times Square for defamation of Turkey at the corner of 8th Street and street advertising, Turkey had provoked the backlash from American society.
The ad was removed after members of the Turkish community called the advertising company Outfront Media that published the ad in question and expressed their protest.
Later, on March 6, a digital screen van drove through busy New York areas such as Times Square, Penn Train Station, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, depicting the dark side of FETÖ and the threat it posed to the world.
“The radical, anti-Semitic extremist ringleader Gülen lives in Pennsylvania. Stop Gülen,” was seen on the digital screen of the truck, which traveled through the city for 3 days.
