We had our last group meeting on March 11th. We met with our members of parliament on several occasions during the epidemic period. However, we were unable to hold a group meeting with the participation of all our deputies. Last week we were unable to do so due to our visit to Kuwait and Qatar.
Our assembly had its most productive year last year. In 233 meetings and 995 sessions, our Assembly approved 27 laws and a total of 67 regulations, 40 of which were contracts. From the judicial reform to the budget, from military service to social networks, shifts were taken until the morning.
In the new era, important things await. We continue to prepare for laws that will meet the expectations of our nation. I look forward to active contributions from each of you, from the commissions to the General Assembly. We must use the vast majority of our time and energy here.
As a government, we consider all requests from our deputies, evaluate them and conclude them in the most positive way possible. With its founding quality and rich range of representation, TBMM also represents the common conscience of our country. You have the right not to participate in terrorist acts under this roof and to speak in accordance with the law. AK Party worked for the protection and development of this wealth. Faced with the difficulties and challenges that our country faces, we have always found our Assembly with us. We transform attacks destined to break through into an opportunity to seek new forms and methods. We managed to overcome obstacles one by one. Our Assembly needs your support in the steps we will take in the next period.
As a Popular Alliance, we will make the most efficient use of the new legislative year of the Assembly with the strong solidarity that we will establish within ourselves. ASSEMBLY STUDIES
We continued our work uninterruptedly in August and September, when our Assembly was on vacation. In addition to our programs in Ankara and Istanbul, we had visits to other provinces. We celebrate our opening and meetings by connecting to many places via teleconference. We consult in a limited or extensive way on everything from security to investments. We open it from city hospitals to highways either by going to your place or by videoconference. In our meetings with world leaders, we evaluate regional and global issues.
ANNOUNCED THE NEW GOOD
We affirm that we will not allow new humanitarian tragedies in Syria and we will not backtrack on border security. We show that there is no opportunity to implement any plan that does not respect the rights of our country and the Turkish Cypriots in the Eastern Mediterranean. The news of the natural gas discovered by Fatih Drilling Ship drowned our nation with joy. Good news is coming. ECONOMIC DATA
The world economic assessment emphasizes that Turkey’s growing share in the pie in the world. We have started a rapid increase in production and supply within the EU. We will improve this positive graph by resolving the difficulties between us and the EU as soon as possible.
We do not forget that there are problems derived from some epidemic measures in our country. Our nation’s problem is also our problem. If any of our citizens are concerned about their job, vaccination, education, safety anywhere, it is our duty to eliminate them. With the control of the epidemic, the problems will disappear automatically.
I think we have the right to expect a little insight, a little morality, a little wisdom about the common interests of the country and the nation. We cannot call politics that is developed alongside terrorists, behind cruel regimes, at the feet of adversaries. Our nation has given it a name. Often times, the delusional statements of those who speak on behalf of the opposition already respond when necessary. We will not leave the square to those who want to destabilize the country and profit from the chaos. We won’t get to your sneaky game. In the future of our country’s politics, what people say is our position rather than what they do. The fate of the AK Party and the Popular Alliance has been integrated with the fate of our country. We have to fight in accordance with the historical responsibility that we assume.
CONGRESS PROCESS
We conduct our congress process in accordance with this truth. We are starting our provincial congresses. I’ll be in Şırnak for the weekend. Then, we will embrace our nation at the Kayseri, Malatya, Van, Samsun, Kahramanmaraş and Kocaeli provincial congresses. On November 3, we will cap off our campaign of 1 million new members by planting 1 million saplings in 81 provinces. In this program in Ankara, we will make live connections with all 7 provinces. Relative, not tribal. We need to establish our organization with a holistic approach and an inclusive understanding. I would like you to look at it with this understanding.
DIFFICULT ANSWER TO THE TURKISH MEDICAL ASSOCIATION
It is the distorted structure of professional organizations that has become unsustainable. We took an important step with the change in the law we made regarding bar associations. How long has it been that people involved with terrorism, especially the Turkish Medical Association, have become the head of an organization like the Medical Association? This is not a democratic approach. It is the seizure of NGOs by terrorist organizations. The steps we have taken in terms of health are obvious. Health is one of the areas in which this government is most successful. It is not acceptable to continue taking unsavory approaches towards this government, which makes invisible investments with its physical infrastructure. We are experiencing a very different period with our urban hospitals and education and research hospitals. They do not fulfill their duties here, but they are insulting. How will we deliver to our patients? Is this expected of the terrorist? The problems in professional organizations, especially TTB, have reached an intolerable level. Act against the Constitution. Here we also have to work as “multibars”. I believe that as a Popular Alliance we will carry out this work successfully.
Controlled by small but organized cliques for a long time, this alliance deviated from its founding purpose. Defending a terrorist organization from ruthless killing of people to burning forests, kidnapping children and raping women cannot be the duty of professional organization. It cannot be the duty of a professional body to discredit operations designed to secure the borders of its own state.
AZERBAYCAN’A SALDIRILAR
Targeting Azerbaijan cannot be a professional duty. Have you heard that the main opposition is serious as our brothers in Azerbaijan try to free their lands from occupation? Azerbaijan is now responding negatively to the meeting request. There are about 100 thousand Armenians of Armenian origin in my land. We do not take a negative attitude towards them. They occupied the lands of our Azeri brothers and sacked my Azeri brothers. What is the fight now? We want our land. The Minsk Triad is still going through this with the diversionary tactic. Versinize the occupied territories. It doesn’t matter what they do on their own land. It is not to distract, but to hand over these occupied lands to their owners. Will a negotiation take 30 years?
Those who called us say: “You sent the mujahideen from Syria.” There’s no such thing. We will give all kinds of support to our Azeri brothers. Why don’t you talk about the support of the Minsk three inside? Why don’t you talk about weapons coming from Russia from France? They have a job on their own land, they don’t go there.
“THE TURKISH EXPRESSION DOES NOT APPLY TO THESE”
The Khojaly massacre is one of them. Making war on the nation’s values cannot be the duty of a professional organization. Demonstrating the ugliest state of politics by opposing everything the government has done cannot be a duty of a professional institution. The constitutional article is clear. Applications around the world are obvious. In which one does it say that professional organizations can support terrorist organizations? Turkey has time to get rid of this shame. Now, whatever step is taken regarding the Union of Chambers and Product Exchanges of this Medical Association, we must form a medical association with every thought. These studies should be done for all of them. We must take this step quickly. Separate issue as soon as other parties join. We do not tolerate wasting time. First, the regulations on professional organizations, then our Assembly must act one by one. I want the necessary preparations quickly in consultation with the MHP group. This should be the first job of our Assembly right after the budget. of these professional organizations that do not deserve the name of Turkey and Turkey should take these concessions. The Turkish expression in the Turkish Medical Association expression does not suit them, they already hate them. We cannot leave doctors at the mercy of a handful of organized fanatics. MARAS SITUATION CLOSED

We started to water the island again by repairing the line that carries water from Anamur to TRNC. I wish that the line connecting Anatolia and Cyprus to each other is put into operation to benefit our brothers on the island. In a very short time, we built the Atatürk airport in Istanbul and a hospital-like hospital with 1008 rooms at TRNC. With the end of this hospital, we will bring an alternative hospital to the TRNC.
