THE BLACK SEA IS AGAIN AT THE TOP

CRITICAL FOR NORMALIZATION
Starting on March 1, which is marked for normalization, each province will make a decision according to its own situation in handling the pandemic. In light of weekly data, low-risk provinces will be displayed in blue, medium-risk yellow, high-risk orange, and very high-risk red. It will be possible to track whether restaurants will open at the provincial level and whether they will close if they open. For example, it seems possible to open restaurants in the provinces in the blue category and lift restrictions on weekends and weekdays.

Blue: Provinces with less than 10 cases per 100,000 are low risk
Yellow: Provinces with 11-35 cases per 100,000 medium risk
Orange: Provinces with 36-100 cases per 100,000 are high risk
