Parliament accepted the motion to send troops to Azerbaijan.

In the memorandum, it was indicated that in accordance with the agreement between Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, a plan was announced to establish a ceasefire in the region from 00:00 hours on November 10, 2020 and return some areas occupied to Azerbaijan according to the determined schedule:

* According to the agreement reached, a Joint Center will be established in the Azerbaijani territories liberated from occupation to check whether the ceasefire is being observed. The center decides on Azerbaijan’s request that Turkey and Russia be carried out jointly.

The Azerbaijani partners in the center will be established in the place determined by agreement between Turkey and Russia and the Center in the activities to be carried out by the personnel of the Turkish Armed Forces and the act of public officials in our country according to the needs, which was signed on August 16, 2010 “Strategic Association and Mutual Assistance between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey Fulfillment of the commitments of our country in accordance with the Agreement, international law, the resolutions of the Security Council of Nations States and the principles of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe; It is also evaluated that it will benefit the peace and well-being of the peoples of the region.
