The statements of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan are as follows;
We are taking determined steps to bring our country to its rightful place in the world political and economic order that will reform after the epidemic. We are starting a new mobilization in economics, law and democracy. We rebuild economic management. We are determined to quickly implement the steps that will solve existing problems and the moves that will lead us to our goals.
In the last 18 years, the AK Party has ushered our country into democracy and development, with services and investments that have not been seen in its history.
I hope that our nation will carefully comply with the measures we have put in place to combat the epidemic in this critical period. If our nation obeys the rules of mask, cleanliness, and distance, we don’t need to take harsh measures. Colds and flu will also gradually increase. If we don’t follow the rules, we may find it difficult to bear this burden.
Together we will work with all our sincerity and energy adding our night to our day and we will be worthy of our nation. We don’t have much to do. In such a historical struggle, there is no room for arrogance, inertia, laziness, and nobility. Whoever sees himself outside of this must know that he has already separated from our party. Conscious of the destiny of our party that integrates with the destiny of Turkey We are trying to improve the appearance of the hearts of our nation.
In addition to our brothers who have served our party from the past to the present, we are strengthening our party with new emotions.
The AK Party was born from Turkey as a new light after the period of severe repression and backwardness. In 18 years, we have achieved the freedoms and dignity our nation longed for and broke the chain of backwardness by equipping all parts of the homeland with services.
In 18 years, we invested TL 13 billion in Kars and TL 14 billion in Karaman. We have provided services to our cities 10 times more than what was done in the history of the republic. When we got to the government, we found the tutelage before we did. Then the terror took off. In implementing the scenarios, I don’t even need to mention the evil alliance established by people inside and outside the country. We increase the obstacles ahead of the transcendent vision of Turkey.
Today, our nation and all of our friends have the confidence, hope and excitement that there is a Turkey. Of course, we have serious problems that we cannot solve yet. However, none of these are big enough to obscure our bright future. I hope that we will achieve much greater achievements in democracy and economics as we approach our goals step by step. Every fight we wage with our nation increases our resolve. May my Lord clear our path and our fortune.
My dear brother, the writer Ahmet Kekeç, passed away today. I wish my Lord mercy. I wish my condolences to his family and our entire nation.
