The Ankara Metropolitan Municipality made a written statement regarding Mayor Mansur Yavaş’s meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex. In the meeting it was stated that the urban problems of Ankara, the projects that were planned to be carried out and the issues about overcoming the bureaucracy in some areas were discussed, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and our President Mr. Mansur Yavaş, the financial difficulties of the MKE Ankaragücü, our city’s centenary banana, problems in the construction of the fairgrounds. and they exchanged views on the transfer of the Youth Park to the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
Noting that President Erdogan received information on important projects, especially infrastructure and water treatment projects, he requested support to overcome blockages in relevant ministries and bureaucracy on issues such as the use of loans for buses, metro projects and opening of new roads. He thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for his positive approach to Ankara’s projects and needs and left the Presidential Complex. ”
