President Recep Tayyip Erdogan sent a video message to the conference organized to mark the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.

“TURKISH COMPANIES CONTRIBUTE TO THE TURKMENISTAN DEVELOPMENT MOVEMENT”
