FOREST INCENTIVE FOR SPECIAL FORESTS

Trees in private forest areas cannot be cut without permission. In the event that the volume of bark planted from trees felled without authorization is up to 5 cubic meters, an administrative fine of 500 lira and 100 additional lira will be imposed for each cubic meter that exceeds this amount.
