Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Manisa, Sakarya, Samsun, Van and Zonguldak in total, in 15 provinces, 24:00 on Friday, May 15 and 24:00 on Tuesday may 19. The curfew will be applied on.

Markets, grocery stores, greengrocers, butchers, and online businesses will be closed on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17, when curfew is restricted.

Licensed bakery and / or bakery workplaces where bread production takes place for 4 days after the curfew restriction is applied, and only vendors selling bread from these workplaces, and places of work where the production of desserts is carried out / sold.

In the Circular sent by the Ministry to the governorates, from the moment of the coronavirus epidemic, the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Scientific Committee, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, according to the instructions; It was claimed that the epidemic / transmission was implemented by making many precautionary decisions to manage the risk posed in terms of public health and public order, ensure social isolation, maintain social distance, and control the rate of spread.

In the Circular, to bring the effect of the measures taken to the reduction of transmission speed to the highest level; It was indicated that the provincial governors should take the following additional measures in accordance with Article 11 / C of the Provincial Administration Law and Articles 27 and 72 of the General Sanitary Law, including 14 provinces with metropolitan status and the province of Zonguldak.

The travel permit documents will be valid for the curfew.

In this context;

3 PEOPLE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE EXCEPTION

a) Managers, officers or employees in the “Open Business, Companies and Institutions” included in title (2) of this Circular,

b) Those in charge of guaranteeing public order and security (including private security officers),

c) Those who work in Emergency Call Centers, Vefa Social Support Units, Red Crescent and AFAD,

ç) Those who work in funeral burials (religious officials, hospital and municipal officials, etc.) and those who will attend the funerals of their first-degree relatives,

d) Electricity, water, natural gas, telecommunications, etc. Those who are in charge of maintaining transmission systems and infrastructure that must not be interrupted and eliminate their failures,

e) Those who are involved in the transport or logistics of products and / or materials (including cargo), within the scope of national and international transport, storage and related activities,

f) Elderly, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, children’s homes, etc. employees of social protection / care centers,

g) Those with “special needs” such as autism, severe mental retardation and Down syndrome and their parents / guardians or companions,

ğ) Iron-steel, glass, ferrochrome, etc. Those who work in workplace departments operating in sectors that require mandatory operations, such as high-quality furnaces for mineral / mineral extraction and cold deposits,

h) Employees of data processing centers of institutions, organizations and companies, which have a generalized service network, especially banks, (with a minimum number),

i) Employees who work in the production, processing, marketing and transportation of plant and animal products at risk of deterioration,

m) Those who have mandatory medical appointments (including blood and plasma donations to Kızılay),

n) Bedroom, hostel, construction site, etc. those who are assigned to meet the basic needs that those who stay in public places will need,

o) Employees who are at risk of leaving their workplaces due to occupational health and safety (workplace doctor, etc.),

ö) Veterinarians,

p) Those that are allowed by the Provincial / District Hygiene Boards according to regional characteristics within the scope of activities such as planting-planting, sprinkler irrigation, which are necessary for the continuity of agricultural production,

r) Technical service employees, provided they document that they are outside to provide the service,

s) Those who constantly wait for their workplaces during the hours / days when their workplaces are closed,

ş) Personnel to work weekends, Monday and Tuesday to carry out public transport, cleaning, solid waste, water and sewerage, disinfection, firefighters and municipal cemetery services,
