The planning, coordination and supervision activities will be carried out entirely.

In order to fully implement the measures taken, it will be ensured that all relevant units are operating without interruption.

– Adequate staff planning will be carried out in the relevant central units of the Ministry of the Interior (especially the Center for Security and Emergency Situations – GAMER) and its affiliated organizations and the situation on the ground will be monitored 24 hours a day.

– Any negative situation (Covid-19, terrorism, violations of public order and traffic measures, etc.) that may be reflected on social networks will be detected. In order to intervene in these situations, the intelligence and anti-cybercrime units of the General Directorate of Security will carry out the necessary follow-up activities instantly.

– In order to ensure the full implementation of the measures taken in the provinces and districts, the district governor / governors, law enforcement agencies, 112 Emergency Call Centers, the police organization will work full time and no interruptions will be caused.

Under the coordination of governors and district governors; During the curfew that will apply from Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 9:00 p.m., covering the entirety of January 1, Friday, January 2 and Sunday, January 3, and ending at 5:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021; Through Vefa’s Social Support Groups, it will ensure that efforts will be focused to meet the basic needs of disabled citizens and people aged 65 and over or with chronic diseases.

– Although all the precautions were taken by the law enforcement units and the Vefa Social Support Groups with the instructions previously sent to the governors, measures will be taken to meet all kinds of basic needs, including accommodation, taking into account the seasonal effects of citizens having to live on the streets due to an instantaneous lack of shelter.

– Necessary measures will be taken in cooperation with relevant non-governmental organizations to feed stray animals that may have difficulty finding food due to the winter season and curfews. Be careful to leave food, feed and food in the natural habitats of shelters and street animals such as forests, parks and gardens.

– Relevant units of the Ministry of the Interior, affiliated institutions, governorates / district governorates, law enforcement agencies and other institutions and organizations will carry out the necessary planning, and there will be no interruption in implementation.

The necessary administrative actions will be taken in accordance with the pertinent legislation to those who cause the actions and behaviors that are in violation of the measures taken. A judicial process on criminal conduct will be initiated.
