In the Istanbul Governor’s statement on the matter, the following was stated:

* This issue was reevaluated by the Board in the framework of the fight against the epidemic; It has been decided that citizens aged 65 and over can go out every day between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the condition that they comply with the social distance rule and wear a mask, and that citizens of 65 years or more will not be able to leave outside these hours.
* For citizens 65 years of age or older who have a curfew outside of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
