Character B1: There is a letter that expresses the name of the station.

Character B2: There is a letter indicating the content of the message sent.

Characters B3, B4: Indicates the sequence number of the message.

NAVTEX IN THE TURKISH SEAS

Navtex messages and navigation announcements in Turkish territorial waters are issued by the Directorate of Navigation, Hydrography and Osiongraphy of the Naval Forces Command of the broadcasting stations of Antalya, Samsun, Istanbul and İzmir. Cruise announcements are binding on all civil and military ships and vessels. These announcements are also published on the website of the Directorate General for Coastal Safety, ensuring safe navigation for seafarers.
