WHO IS MUHARREM KASAPOĞLU?
Kasapoğlu was born in 1976 in Istanbul. After graduating from Marmara University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Kasapoğlu received a master’s degree in local administrations and a decentralization program at the same university.
Kasapoğlu, who worked as a researcher, expert, and project coordinator in the field of management organization at the Florida State University School of Business in the United States, completed his MBA at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Kasapoğlu received her PhD from Istanbul University with her work on local employment.
Turkey and civil society organizations were actively involved in his student years abroad and the Kasapoğlu executive who has worked in the private sector in international trade.
Following his appointment as Counselor to the First Ministry in 2009, Kasapoğlu assumed various positions in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
During the Presidency of the Spor Toto Organization, Kasapoğlu, who contributed to the acquisition of many facilities in order to spread the sport to the grassroots, focused especially on the financing of youth, educational and sports activities and on increasing sports employment .
