In the pictures, the Azerbaijani commander told the Armenian civilians he met: “You can stay here as a citizen of Azerbaijan if you want. You can go if you want. No one will treat you badly. We have helped you before. We dismissed you with respect.”

FIRE SIGNED ON NOVEMBER 10
The success achieved by the Azerbaijani army in the operation to liberate its territories in Nagorno-Karabakh from occupation on September 27 forced Armenia to sign a ceasefire on November 10. The Armenian armed forces had withdrawn from Aghdam on 20 November, in accordance with the ceasefire.
