The Interior Ministry sent an additional circular on the “coronavirus outbreak” to 81 provincial governorates.
In the Circular, it was noted that the effects of the coronavirus epidemic and the increase in cases continue around the world, especially on the European continent, there is an increase in the course of the epidemic and new measures have been taken in many European countries to prevent people from joining.
Turkey also manages the risks posed in terms of public health and public order of the coronavirus outbreak, providing social isolation, cleaning the basic principles of current controlled social life of the time in order to control the speed of spread of physical distance, protection and disease, mask and heading, as well as the outbreak of distance rules. and additional rules and precautions to be followed in all areas of life were determined and implemented considering possible risks.
The circular indicated that the stage reached in the fight against the coronavirus epidemic was evaluated together with the Ministry of Health and additional decisions were made following the instructions of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. According to this;
WILL MEET IN 48 HOURS
It will be guaranteed that the General Hygiene Boards meet in all provinces and districts within a maximum period of 48 hours. The current situation will be analyzed in the axes of “monitoring”, “inspection” and “alert” on the implementation of the measures taken to combat the epidemic, and the measures taken and the audit activities carried out will be evaluated.
In the meetings of the General Hygiene Board, issues related to the contribution of relevant institutions and bodies (especially local governments) to the monitoring, inspection and alert system to increase institutional capacity in the fight against the epidemic will be discussed and resolved. .
INSPECTION OF ITEMS SEPARATED IN 7 DAYS
General inspections will be carried out in all provinces and districts on 7 different topics for 7 days starting on Monday, October 19.
The inspections to be carried out during 7 days will be planned as follows:
Monday, October 19 Public places of recreation and entertainment, especially places to eat and drink such as cafes, restaurants
Tuesday October 20 All kinds of public transport vehicles (including school buses) and places like airport / train station / bus station
Wednesday October 21 Factories, companies, etc. They employ collective workers, especially in organized industrial zones. places and staff services,
Thursday October 22 People who were isolated due to being diagnosed or having contact,
Friday October 23 Shopping malls, mosques and masjids, astro fields / sports facilities,
Saturday, October 24 Public areas where our citizens are in agglomeration (streets, streets, parks and gardens, picnic areas, markets, beaches, etc.)
Sunday October 25 Barber shops / hair salons / beauty centers, internet cafes / salons and electronic games venues, wedding and / or wedding halls, amusement parks / theme parks
Inspections will be planned and implemented in such a way that their effectiveness and visibility are at the highest level. It has been determined that recently there has been a decrease in the rate of contact reports and that citizens are reluctant to report contact, except for their first degree relatives. Given this, if false, incomplete and misleading statements of people diagnosed with Kovid-19 are detected, an administrative action will be taken in accordance with the relevant articles of the General Hygiene Law. The necessary judicial procedures will be initiated within the scope of article 206 of the Turkish Penal Code in relation to criminal acts.
MUNICIPALITIES PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE CITY, NEVER

The circular also noted that some municipalities, especially metropolitan cities, did not carry out the works for the integration of HEPP with the Ministry of Health. In accordance with the aforementioned decisions of the Governors and District Governors, the decisions of the Provincial / District General Hygiene Commissions will be taken urgently in accordance with articles 27 and 72 of the General Health Law. There will be no interruptions in practice and no complaints will be generated. Those who do not comply with the decisions taken will be subject to administrative action in accordance with the pertinent articles of the General Hygiene Law. Necessary legal proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code in relation to criminal conduct.
