Whichever solution Azerbaijan prefers over Karabakh, we will support Azerbaijan. I give the following response to those who say a permanent ceasefire. Unless the occupied territories of Azerbaijan are returned, there will be no permanent ceasefire. The lands were handed over to Azerbaijan on a specific schedule. We are also concerned about the role that Russia plays. The important thing is the next steps to follow. In accordance with article 5 of the agreement, we reached an agreement with Russia to open a joint monitoring and control center.
We coordinate this process with Brother Azerbaijan. As Azerbaijan agreed, after the details of the agreement, which we had previously agreed upon, were clarified, the final document was signed between our Defense Minister Akar and the Russian Defense Minister last night. Now we will talk about the details of this work. It will take place on the territory of Azerbaijan, in places that Azerbaijan deems appropriate. This center, a control and surveillance center, will of course perform important functions. It will detect actions that violate the consensus.

If there is peace here and Azerbaijani lands are returned, everyone will benefit from it. Who will benefit the most, the countries of the region. Is there Armenia in this? There is.
