In the investigation conducted into the complaint, CK, who was previously registered for similar crimes, was contacted through his phone number. In his statement, CK defended himself saying “I have my phone number, but I have been defamed because I have been registered for such crimes before.” As a result of the investigation carried out by the General Prosecutor’s Office of Kütahya, on October 13 a lawsuit was filed against CK. The case continues in the third criminal court of first instance in Kütahya.
