BILL EXPENSES
Because it is not possible to separate the meters, the houses where the electricity, the water or both are supplied from the service building or the factory facilities, in addition to the rental rates, for each square meter per month.
If it is not possible to separate the electricity meter, 1.4 TL / m², if it is not possible to separate the water meter, 1.21 TL / m², if it is not possible to separate the electricity and water meters, 2.61 TL / m², water used in residences, city network A fee of 0.65 TL / m² will be charged if paid with wells, artesian wells, spring water and similar water resources.

A fuel price of 2.52 TL / m² will be charged per square meter from the residences of the country’s institutions and agencies, whose fuel is supplied by the institution and organization, and from residents who have not had a shared heat meter installed. or calorimeter device.
In the cases in which the expenses of lighting, electricity, water, gas, vending machine and similar in the areas of common use are covered by the institutions and organizations for reasons of obligation in the houses, whose fuel is provided by institutions and organizations, in addition to the rental and fuel costs, 0.29 TL per square meter / It will be taken as m².
