* The Ministry of the Interior sent two separate circulars to 81 provincial governors on “HES code consultation in urban public transport” and “HES code requirement in accommodation facilities”.
* Within the scope of the circular “Consultation of the HES code in urban public transport”; Personal electronic / smart travel card systems in urban public transport vehicles will be integrated into the Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) application of the Ministry of Health.
* With the integration, personalized travel cards, if any, with Covid19 diagnosis or contacts, will be automatically suspended during the isolation period.
* A criminal complaint will be filed against those who have a Covid19 diagnosis or have contact and use public transport even if they must be isolated.
Within the scope of the circular “Obligation of the HES code in accommodation facilities”, the HES code is mandatory for admissions to all public and private accommodation facilities as of today.
* The HES code will be consulted during the acceptance of the clients to the accommodation establishment and the admission procedures will be carried out for people who do not have any risk (diagnosed or not contacted).
Clients diagnosed with Covid-19 or who are understood to be in contact during consultations will be placed in “isolation rooms for guests” created in accordance with the “Certificate of Safe Tourism” application.
* “Installations that allow their clients to stay without consulting the HES code or that must not be accepted according to the consultation will be prohibited for 10 days.”
* In cases where the number of isolation rooms for guests is insufficient, the governor or district governors will take the necessary measures.
