Governors and district governors have requested the municipalities and provincial administrations, whose activities are casinos, pavilions, discos, bars, pubs, taverns or discos as of March 15, and that they changed their main field of activity by canceling the old license after of this date and obtaining a new license. It was indicated that the lists of workplaces that add a secondary activity subject to their license will be taken from the municipalities and special provincial administrations.

In these audits, it was observed that companies that were determined to have continued their previous activities in a way that would disable the measures taken in the field of fighting the epidemic by changing their field of activity will be immediately closed within the framework of the relevant circulars. and a separate action will be taken within the framework of the corresponding article of the Regulation on Business Opening and Work Licenses.
The circular indicated that the operation of workplaces whose main activity is a casino, a pavilion, a disco, a bar, a pub, a tavern or a nightclub will not be allowed, and that the necessary decisions by the governors and district governors will be taken immediately in accordance with the relevant articles of the Public Health Law.
In the circular, which was requested not to cause any disturbance in practice and cause unfair treatment, it was noted that those who do not comply with the decisions taken will be subject to administrative action in accordance with the relevant articles of the Public Health Law that the necessary legal proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code. .
